Weight Loss Websites
Ive seen most of them and I dont like them. I need something VERY simple to track. This blog seems the best place for now. Ive tried sparkpeople.com, myfitnesspal.com, fitocracy.com, none of them really suit my needs. Its really annoying. Maybe I will just use teambeachbody.com again...

Welcome to Lose 30!
My name is Jackie Rose. I have reached a point in my life where its time for me to lose weight again.
So I am starting on Tuesday, May 26th 2015.
Current Weight: 160lbs
Goal Weight: 130lbs
Height: 5'4"
According to BMI I should weigh around 130lbs and I am overweight based on my height.

I was at 145lbs steady for a long time but then somehow started gaining a bunch of weight. My cap is 160lbs I cant gain anymore weight. I also went to my doctor and had blood work and physical and I still have high cholesterol and currently lack Vitamin D.
Weight Loss is a HUGE industry so I have many different options and I know me best. I am also trying to go back to being Vegan as well so I am combining healthy eating, vegan and exercise to get me to weight loss.
As far as exercises go I have youtube videos bookmarked and challenge sheets for daily exercises from google images. I am also considering the Naked Juice Fast, old diet pills I have and healthy eating/Vegan eating.
Not to overwhelm myself but I would also like to eventually kick Dr. Pepper, processed foods, meat, dairy, salt and sugar from my diet. But I cannot do it all at once. I need to do it one step at a time. Like they say "Weight loss starts in the kitchen"
